In most cases, one session of two hours will be enough to successfully address one issue. In difficult cases, it will sometimes require three sessions.

After this, the therapist will take you into hypnosis (You will always stay in control) While in Hypnosis you and the therapist will investigate the root causes of your problem, the therapist will guide you to remember incidents in your past that relate to your issue. don't be surprised if you remember something that happened inside your mother's womb. The next step is to make sense of all this information. Different techniques will be used to interpret all the information, almost like an investigator. Now that we have all the information we reframe the old (wrong) believes in a positive way. The last part is a transformation, we give you a positive recording that you can listen to every day because your mind learns by repetition. The recording will guide you first into self-hypnosis and then the transformation will start.
The therapist will identify the reasons why it does not work, and give you a recording to listen to for a week to rectify the problem. You can then come back in a week and you will not be charged for the session.
